What we collect
Strong Point Construction collects the contact details you submit through our forms — name, email, phone, neighborhood or address, and project notes. When you upload a photo to our Visualizer, we keep that image alongside the AI-generated render. We also collect basic web analytics (page views, click paths, browser, device) and Meta Pixel data so we can measure the performance of our ads.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough, and improve the Visualizer and our marketing. Meta Pixel data tells us which ads brought in qualified inquiries; we don’t use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
We share data with Meta for ad measurement and with the third-party service providers that power the site (hosting, file storage, email delivery, AI rendering). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers beyond what’s needed to measure the ads we run.
Your rights
California residents have the right to know what data we have, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of ad tracking. To exercise any of these, email jacob@strongpointconstruction.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies (the Visualizer uses one to remember your session) plus Meta Pixel for ad measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, with reduced session continuity.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information for as long as we need to serve you, up to seven years for tax and business records. Visualizer renders are kept for two years. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Children
This site isn’t intended for users under 18.
