Who we are
This website belongs to Strong Point Construction, a contractor running on ContractorOS — business software offered by MON3Y. This one policy covers both: what the website collects from visitors, and what the ContractorOS platform collects for the businesses that run their operations on it.
What this website collects
Contact details you submit through our forms — name, email, phone, neighborhood or address, and project notes. When you upload a photo to the Visualizer, we keep that image alongside the generated render. We also collect basic web analytics (page views, click paths, browser, device) and Meta Pixel data so we can measure the performance of our ads.
What ContractorOS collects for a business
A workspace holds the records a business creates or imports: team member accounts (name, email, phone, role), customers and leads, jobs, quotes and estimates, invoices and payments, schedules, job photos, and message history. When a business connects a service it already uses, such as Jobber or QuickBooks Online, we import and mirror records from that service through its official API: customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, expenses, and job photos, depending on the service and what the business authorized.
How we use it
Website data is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough, and improve the Visualizer and our marketing. Workspace data is used for one purpose: operating the product for that business — its dashboards, schedules, estimates, collections, and its own marketing. We do not sell customer data. We do not share one business’s records with another business. We do not use business records or financial data to train machine-learning models.
Connected services
Connections are authorized through the provider’s own sign-in and can be revoked at any time, from the integrations page or from the provider’s account settings. For accounting and job-management connections like QuickBooks Online and Jobber, access is read-only: ContractorOS does not write back to or modify records in those services. Connection credentials are stored encrypted at rest. Disconnecting removes our access, revokes the connection with the provider, and deletes the stored credentials; mirrored records are deleted on request.
Third-party processors
The platform runs on established service providers, each receiving only what its function needs: cloud hosting and file storage, payment processing, e-signature where a business uses signing features, text and email delivery, and image rendering for design previews. We do not share workspace data with advertisers, and connected-service records are never used for ad measurement.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Connection credentials and integration tokens are encrypted at rest. Each business’s records are isolated per workspace, enforced at the database layer, and our own operational access is limited to running and supporting the service.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records are kept for as long as the workspace is active, and deleted on request when a business leaves. For this website: contact information is kept as long as we need to serve you, up to seven years for tax and business records, and Visualizer renders are kept for two years. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
California residents have the right to know what data we have, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of ad tracking. To exercise any of these, email jacob@strongpointconstruction.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies (the Visualizer uses one to remember your session) plus Meta Pixel for ad measurement on this website. Workspace sessions use functional sign-in cookies only. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, with reduced session continuity.
Children
This site is not intended for users under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Updates are posted here with a new last-updated date.
