What these terms cover

Two things. First, this website — the home of Strong Point Construction, where homeowners can see our work and request a free walkthrough. Second, ContractorOS, the business platform offered by MON3Y that powers this site and the contractor workspaces behind it. If you are a homeowner browsing the site, the first half applies to you. If you run a business on ContractorOS, the second half applies too.

This website

www.strongpointconstruction.com showcases our work and lets you request a free walkthrough. The Visualizer is a free design preview tool — its renders are generated previews, illustrative rather than literal predictions. Submitting a form or using the Visualizer does not create a contract; construction work is governed by separately-signed contracts.

Estimates and timelines

The Visualizer’s price ranges and timelines are starting points, not binding quotes. Final pricing is determined after an in-person walkthrough and documented in a signed contract. Timelines like “8–12 weeks for a kitchen” are typical ranges, not commitments. Estimated home-value impact and ROI ranges shown on the result page draw on regional market data from the 2024 Cost vs Value Report and US Census home-value medians. They are illustrative ranges, not appraisals or guarantees of future value; actual outcomes depend on final scope, market conditions, and the property itself. Where available, home value estimates come from third-party automated valuation models. These are estimates, not appraisals.

Intellectual property

The site, text, photographs, and renders are owned by Strong Point Construction or its licensors. Please do not reproduce or republish them without written permission.

User content

When you upload a photo to the Visualizer, you give us permission to use it to generate your render and to keep both for the retention periods stated in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your photos publicly without your consent.

The ContractorOS platform

ContractorOS is business software for contractors, offered by MON3Y. Each business runs in its own workspace: leads, jobs, quotes, invoices, schedules, and marketing in one place. The business records inside a workspace belong to the business that put them there. We operate the software; the customer owns the data.

Connected services

A workspace can connect third-party services the business already uses, such as Jobber and QuickBooks Online. Connections are authorized through the provider’s own sign-in, and your use of a connected service stays governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. For accounting and job-management connections like QuickBooks Online and Jobber, access is read-only: ContractorOSreads connected data to display and organize it inside your workspace, and does not write back to or modify your records in those services. You can disconnect at any time from the integrations page or from the provider’s own account settings, and disconnecting revokes our access with the provider.

Your data

We do not sell customer data. We do not share one business’s records with another business. Details of what is collected, how it is protected, and how to request deletion are in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to access another business’s workspace, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to send unlawful communications. We may suspend access that puts other customers or the service at risk.

Service and availability

We work to keep the platform available, accurate, and fast, and to fix problems promptly. Software has faults; the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the extent the law allows, MON3Y is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Contractor licensing

Strong Point Construction operates as a licensed contractor in California. License verification details are available on request via email.
